We are looking for a Fintech Investment Manager to join Endeit’s fintech team, based in Amsterdam, Stockholm, or Hamburg. We’re seeking an ambitious and commercially driven candidate with a strong interest in fintech that wants to be part of one of Europe’s leading growth stage venture capital firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and build relationships with promising fintech companies and founders across Europe.
- Investment Execution: Lead and support the investment process, including due diligence, financial analysis, structuring, and closing.
- Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio companies, providing strategic and operational support as they scale internationally.
- Founder Relationships: Build trusted, long-term relationships with founders and become a go-to partner for advice and support.
- Ecosystem Presence: Represent Endeit within the fintech ecosystem, attend industry events, and effectively communicate the firm’s investment vision and value proposition.
Profile:
- Strong passion for fintech and technology-driven business models.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related investment environment with exposure to transactions.
- Outgoing and relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust with founders and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow into a senior role within the firm
