We are expanding our presence in Germany and looking for an Investment Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in some of Europe’s most promising late-stage technology companies.

Your Role

As an Investment Manager at Endeit Capital, you will:

• Source and evaluate European late-stage venture and growth investment opportunities, with a focus on AI-enabled and data-driven software companies.
• Drive the execution of investments – from due diligence and financial modelling to negotiations and deal structuring.
• Build deep relationships with founders, executives, and co-investors in the European technology ecosystem.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A, hiring, and go-to-market scaling.
• Represent Endeit Capital at industry events, conferences, and within the local VC/startup ecosystem.
• Work closely with partners to refine investment theses and contribute to the overall strategy of the fund.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who combines analytical strength with entrepreneurial intuition. You should be:

• Experienced: 4–6 years of relevant experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Technologically fluent: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
• Networked: Well connected within the German and broader European startup ecosystem — founders, VCs, and advisors.
• Analytical and hands-on: Comfortable building financial models, running due diligence, and diving deep into product and market analysis.
• Autonomous and proactive: Able to originate opportunities, manage projects independently, and think like an investor-owner.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
