Berend is responsible for developing internal AI tools and automation to support Endeit’s investment process, from deal sourcing and qualification to due diligence and portfolio insights.
Before Endeit, Berend worked on projects in applied machine learning and econometrics. His focus was on predictive modeling, natural language processing, and automation to improve investment workflows.
Berend holds a BSc in Econometrics and Data Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a MEng in Operations Research & Information Engineering from Cornell Tech in New York.
