Philipp joined Endeit Capital as a Partner in 2017 and oversees the firm’s activities across the German-speaking countries.
His passion for technology companies began early in his career while working for a software company in the technology transfer industry. Since then, he has built an impressive track record in venture capital, carrying out more than 50 investments in early-stage companies - most notably during his time at Active Venture Partners in Barcelona, which he co-founded in 2002.
Having lived and worked in Germany, England, the United States, and Spain, Philipp brings a global perspective and deep industry insight to Endeit. He is also a co-founder of Venturepreneurs, which fosters innovation and networking in Barcelona’s vibrant start-up ecosystem, and serves as a Mentor at Microsoft Germany Accelerator and Techstars.
