Silvia joined Endeit as part of the DACH team, focusing on investments in the Future of Work segment. She brings venture capital and operational experience, with a track record in growth-stage investing and business improvement.
Silvia began her career at Gorillas, leading initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and customer experience, before joining IRIS in Berlin to scout Series B+ opportunities and support fundraising across Europe.
She holds a BSc in International Economics and an MSc in Management from Bocconi University, complemented by exchanges in Australia, the Netherlands, and China, giving her a truly global perspective
