Martijn joined Endeit Capital at the start as a Partner in 2006. He is focused on deals within the Future of Work segment together with Niclas and Silvia.
Martijn also organizes Endeit's annual AI Innovation trip, a week-long immersion designed to connect the European AI community with global AI leaders in Europe, USA and China, fostering innovation and new ventures.
From 2003 – 2006 he was a member of the Executive Director team of Endemol Group. He joined Endemol in 1996. As Executive Director he was responsible for International Operations, managing the worldwide key subsidiaries, as well as developing new business and new markets. Prior to that he was heading the global M&A activities. Until 1996, Martijn was consultant at the leading Dutch M&A boutique Reitsma & Wertheim (Investec).
